PAULA GERBER - HR CONSULTANT

With nearly 20 years in HR, I specialize in Talent Management—full-cycle recruiting, performance management, succession planning, and executive coaching. As Global Head of People for both public and private companies, I have led multiple HR projects and managed global teams.

 

Originally from Brazil, I have spent half of my life there and the other half living and working in countries where career opportunities led me—Libya, the Emirates, and the United States, where I’ve been for the past 12 years.

I am passionate about cross-cultural connection and enjoy engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.​

 

I currently live in Encinitas, California, with my husband and two children.
